Emergency First Aid at Work (Level 3 ) (1 Day Course)

Course covers the following subjects:

• Scene Assessment
• Barrier use
• Primary Assessment
• CPR – Chest Compressions
• CPR And AED
• Recovery Position
• Serious Bleeding Management
• Shock Management (inc Seizures)
• Spinal Injury Management
• Choking Adult
• Minor cuts, scrapes, bruises
• Temperature-related injuries (Burns)
• First Aid in the Workplace Regulations
• Assessment of needs of the Workplace
• Automated External Defibrillation (AED)

**This course can be combined with Anaphylaxis training Course

Delivered over 1 Day including practical training ensuring the mandatory 6 hours required by the HSE are completed.

Fitness to attend.

Candidates must be physically able to carry out the detailed procedure, appropriate adjustments can be made as long as training objectives can be met. 

The HSE no longer require an independent assessment of Emergency First Aid at Work candidates. Throughout the course you will be continually monitored and assessed and complete a multiple choice question paper

COURSE ACCREDITATION

This is a certificated attendance course which is valid for 3 years from the date of completion but the HSE do recommend an update at least once a year.

A digital certificate will be provided on completion
